In honor of all of the busy moms out there, here's a workout that you can complete in 8 total minutes a day. This workout uses a combination of 4 minutes of high intensity interval training on the X-iser for cardio and 4 full body exercises on the TRX for toning for a total of 8 minutes of work.

Interval training as shown on the video is as follows:
60 sec all out x 4 times with minimum of 4 min rest. The rest is the most important phase!
If you don't have an Xiser, you can do the intervals with a stationary bike, a treadmill set to a high incline, or even sprinting up and down the stairs (careful not fall)! The TRX portion can be adapted using a rope wrapped around a non-moving item.
