Todays science project: Can we prove that God exists?

If we can't prove it scientifically, does that mean that God doesn't exist? What sort of proof is good enough to make a person believe in God?

Why would someone need proof that God exists to believe in God?

Why do some people not believe in God?

Why do some people believe in God?

Is everyone entitled to believe what they want to believe?

@maginatorgia good question :) i think... that the bad things only make the good things even better ^^ I could say that they come from the devil or something, but im not gonna. I think that bad things is God's way of saying that things can always get worse, and we should appreciate what we have

At last someone without presentable evidence gives an honest answer; I commend you! No matter if I believe or not, my honest answer, honestly is, "I do not truly know for certain".

So what you are saying is when good things happen to you it is from God. Where, then do the bad things come from?

@maginatorgia I dont believe because of evidence... I believe because of all the good things that happen to me - some would call it coincidence, i call it God's grace. I met my fiance, supposedly randomly, but we have so many things in common, I dont believ it was a coincidence. I guess it just makes sense to me

I said that I personally dont believe in the evidence around big bang, because I dont see it as evidence - if you do then I don't have a problem with that. Do you have a problem with me believing in God?
