  • Christianity is not a religion. It's a relationship with God through his son Jesus Christ. It's not being religious, it's putting your faith and trust in Him.

  • This is more of a video about God rather than abortion!

  • The call it a procedure to help depersonalize the fact that they killed a developing child. I may not beleive in God but at least some ppl have found a way to deal...we can never go back and abortion is about as final as it can get.

  • I don't believe in any God, but I find it great that these women have found a way to get about with there loss, guilt, sin,...

Even when you don't believe this video is helpful as it shows very common ideas like that you have to acknowledge the fact, give it a place in your mind and heart, give your baby a name, and then forgive yourself.

  • Thanks for posting this. So many women don't know that there are people who can help them go through PAS. They think that they have to go through their abortion and feel relief or nothing at all. I was lucky to have had so much support.

  • Omnipotent does mean being able to do anything. Meaning he could have saved humanity without sending his son to suffering and death.

"So god can choose any method that pleases Him for our salvation."

Are you saying god chose to send his son to suffer needlessly? If so, how can this possibly be a god of love?

  • God can do anything right? That is what omnipotent means. So God can choose any method that pleases Him for our salvation. And the bible tells us that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. 1Ti 3:16 "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh..." God became a man to save a race that quite honestly, as evil as we are, He should just wipe us out. But he provided a way out! That way is Jesus.

  • Well, if god's omnipotent, why should he need to sacrifice his son? If Jesus had to be sacrificed in order for something to happen, and that thing couldn't happen without his crucifixion, then that means there's something that god couldn't do, which would mean god isn't omnipotent.

So, if god's omnipotent, then yes, I do think it's disgusting that he'd let his son die.

I'm not really talking about Nazi Germany, it was an example.

  • When God sacrificed His own Son, was that disgusting to you? God was testing Abraham to see where is faith lied. God had promised Abraham that the nations would be blessed through his seed. He knew God would raise him from the dead if He needed to.

There's a good autobiography called the Hiding Place. In it a Christian was hiding jews and refused to lie to the Germans. God miraculously protected the jews!

  • But the moral code in our hearts is not always the same as the moral code in the Bible.
