This is a workout we put together. Do each exercise for 8 sets of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. The workout goes as follows.
TRX Jump Squats
TRX Ice Skaters
TRX Hip Thrust
TRX Inverted Row
TRX 1 Leg Lunge Jumps
TRX T's
TRX I's
TRX Atomic Push Ups
TRX Chest Fly
TRX Oblique Crunch
TRX Pikes.
