This is just a quick example of how I do my leg raises.
For this exercise I do 20 reps during my routine; I then repeat my entire routine 2-3 more times during the day that I choose to exercise on.
The important part to this exercise is holding myself off the ground a certain way so I'm slightly working out my upper body/arms as well as my abdominal region.
The bag itself weighs roughly 20kg, and at the time of this video I weighed 64kg; just for those that wish to know.
Oh and remember! Only do the exercises you enjoy doing, otherwise you may just give up all together!
If you don't enjoy it, change it! Enjoyment is the win!

How long could you hold that position with arms bent and legs out horizontal?

I think my record is 2 minutes, but I tend to only be able to hold it for a minute.
It's alot harder for someone who's not used to simply holding them up, and as you can see I tend to just 'swing' them.
