I have watched this ever since I was a year old on BETA max recorded from tv and then transferred to VHS and then the tape got lost, and then it came out on VHS officially and I have that (I have the soundtrack too) and I also bought the dvd not long ago but I lost it and my best friend and I lament being able to watch it because he likes it too. Now we can. We now live states apart and love to watch youtube videos together on the phone and sync them but now we can enjoy this too!

1981 the year I graduated from college and got married. I always thought this concert was a spur of the moment event. But obviously it wasn't. Thank you for posting this. It was wonderful. I love that most of Paul Simon's single hits were included along with all the great songs they did together. Paul Simon is one our greatest song writers. The Brits may have Sir Paul but we have our own Sir Paul.
