@tykira Really? My Wal-Mart carries more variety. Have you tried visiting different Wal-Mart stores? Everytime i visit a different Wal-Mart I find a new or more of a variety of The Firm workouts.

I have this video and it kicks your butt! I also have high def sculpt, hard core fusion, cardio party, dangerous curves ahead, and Get Chiseled. Cardio Overdrive is my absoulte favorite. I have been doing the firm for three weeks or so and this one still makes me break a good sweat. I also do the you tube spark people ten minute jump start cardio with hand weights for warm up.
