Here's a great weight loss tip that has made it easier for me to accurately measure my food. I just love this food scale. Without this scale, I would never know exactly how much 28 grams of almonds were or exactly how much is 4 ounces of chicken. This makes preparing your own food at home easier. The brand I have is Chefmate, but now it's called Kitrics.
You can find it on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000U67EI0?ie=UTF8&tag=defa-20&linkC...
I love this scale, and if I ever get some extra cash, I would love to test this and post it on my show. I promise to give you credit if I feature this item. GREAT INFORMATION.

I have that exact same scale. Love, love, LOVE it!!
You can also place the bowl on after you turn it on and hit the tare button to zero it out. I do that when i have various foods on a plate.

I absolutely love food scales! I have one from Weight Watchers that was $40 as well. For things like cereal, pasta, and rice, it really helps with accuracy. This ensures that I am sticking to my points as accurately as possible. Thanks so much for sharing this awesome tip! :)
