Actually William never claimed to have save hundreds.

Rodriguez has no interest in the truth. For years he claimed he single-handedly rescued fifteen people, and he allowed us to repeat these claims to the press. Now he has taken the claim down from his website, in effect admitting that he made liars of us.

Just so everyone knows, "punxsutawneybarney" and "TrueTruther" are the same person: Brian Good, an unemployed janitor who was stalking a Bay Area woman named Carol Brouillet. His obsession with Ms. Brouillet has led him to harass anyone who is friendly with her, which is why he spams youtube about Willie Rodriguez.

Rodriguez challenged Brian Good to a debate, which led to Brian running away squealing and crying.

Willie's story is given the lie by the death statistics. He claims he saved hundreds, but civilian survival rates were no higher on his 39 floors than on the other 120-something floors under the impact zone.

It turns out he stole his hero tale from Pablo Ortiz, who died on 9/11 after saving dozens of people by breaking down damaged doors on the 89ths and 90th floor near the impact zone. Willie is a fraud who steals his glory from the dead.

Only an idiot would believe his claim that people were waiting behind locked fire exit doors for Willie to come and set them free.

Willie stole the true hero story of Pablo Ortiz, who saved dozens on the upper floors of WTC1, and who dies on 9/11.
