  • whenever i pitch i always get it to low, should i hold on to the ball for like a second longer? Someone please answer.

  • @wiggle1996 never worry about the runners! u can step back to them but DO NOT throw the ball!

  • wow thats a hell of a stride for a pro

  • odd to see lumley not screaming at his players or somebody..... i took one of his camps when i was younger and he scared the shit outta me lol

  • but y would you want to have the foot right over each other because then the runner could have a step or two when stealing

  • nice but can u make showing us how to aim the ball

  • also if you don't have a long stride to home don't you normally throw the ball high

  • but what if you a small guy like myself and you need all the power of your body behind the ball and you cant really rely on arm stength. I use a strong fron foot kick high and long planting foot

  • it doesnt matter how high you lift your leg...it matters how far you stride..hence the slide step from the stretch...a high leg kick really isn't that necessary...it about comfort and explosiveness from the push off leg and a long strong stride from the plant leg

  • wow
