No, property protection is actually physically protecting the property. Prostitutes violate no property rights by treading on public space, which is what police fight. No contradiction to see.

This video says protecting property should be #2 on the list. Then rails against police protecting the property values by keeping prostitution out of richer areas. Is that not the most extreme form of property protection? By protecting its value?
