  • totally, never trust the insurance company to take care of you. A good lawyer will ffight tooth and nail, for the sheer fun of it sometimes, to get the right result. In fact, I love nothing more than handing the insurance company the calssic line "tell it to my lawyer" and then the insurance jerk generally back peddles and stutters like a fool. They know when you catch them at their tricks and the lawyers love to nail them to a wall for it.
