  • I made it to video 1 and 2, but after the 6th squat they wiped me out. Not bad for my first time... I hope. (3months) Pregnant.

  • @ChloeeSophia Only do as much as you feel comfortable, pregnancy is a time to honor your body and really listen to it - this video is just a guide - not the definitive on prenatal yoga :) Move on past the squats to something else, I don't mind if you fast forward!
