AB-962 Declared Unconstitutional - "The 2nd Amendment is Alive and Well!"

"A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

What part of SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED do they not understand?

The anti-gunners will truly stop at nothing to whittle away our freedoms. As if Californians didn't already have some of the most draconian gun laws in the country, AB-962 would have taken it a step farther.

However, on Tuesday January 18, 2011, Fresno Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Hamilton had the sense to actually read a law before signing off on it.

Well, I don't live in California, so why should I care? This is a major victory, not only for California gun owners, but all Americans. Many of the gun-grabbers look to California as the benchmark of gun legislation and seek to spread the tyranny throughout the country. Well not this time. Chalk one up for the good guys!
