the vaettir have a bonus 180 amror against elemental dmg, try using tenai's crystals and crystal wave, there armor ignoring dmg and will kill them all and they dont cause scatter the downside is they cost 15 energy each

i just did a Spectral run but i only hit 10 whi silver armor do i hit more on ice imps or other beasts?

That is because Spectral reduce elemental damage alot, which sucks for Sliver. Sliver used to do ok against (even though still low damage output), but now it may not work so good.

Which town/outpost do u start form when fighting the Dragon Moss in Drazach Thicket and Spectral Vaettir in Jaga Moraine?

Dragon Moss = "The New Escort" Quest = outside of Saint Anjeka's Shrine. For Spectral, leave from Longeye's Ledge and run across to Jaga Moraine zone.
