For me, living in the NOW allows me to access selves (personalities) in the past and lately more and more future selves - giving me moments of oneness. It is kinda funny how letting go of past hurts and pain and future worries allows me more access to both thus allowing more & more healing energy from the universe to flood into my soul - higher self - emotional body - etheric body - physical body - and then out into the universe.
