OMG, I don't even eat chicken but that looks so yummy,lol! After you share the recipe, I shall attempt a variation on a theme with shrimp or something. Someday, I hope to venture back to that neck of the woods. I love the place in Misato with 3333 steps. When I do, I'll re-check your videos before planning my trip. Thanks for sharing!

@westinmiyako I think the recipe would work really well with anything fried. We actually got a shrimp dish at the same place, and it was amazing :)

Haha, the guy commenting below is the guy who complained on my next up entry that I didn't know "real Kyushu". Oh well. I loved this video. Your new format is really entertaining, it's like watching a TV program. I was disappointed when it ended at 3 minutes--needs to be a full 30 I M H O.
