The Doctor has discovered that the Collective is to be taken to Dugness Power Station in order for the Master to channel it's energies as a weapon. The Doctor and UNIT must race to the scene and stop the Master before he fires the weapon at Russia, thus starting the beginning of a nuclear war that will end mankind...
