  • This video is bad ass and it keeps me going in the gym when I think I can't do anymore!

  • the weight on the bar is 80-90 percent of these ladies body weight, try it guys. then comment on that weight, it might be more than Annie's body weight, the little ninja who finished first!!!!

  • The girl in the middle doesn't use any kipping movement in the muscle-up. I thought that was the point. Then again, if you can do it with pure strength, why not.
