  • thanks, but is this stiff or flexible?

  • @XEVxandex Being a mid-distance shoe you will have some flexibility, however the extended spike plate gives your a more stiff, responsive feel. -Lauren

  • i'm a 110m and 300m hurdler. is this a good shoe cus my friend recommended it, but i like spike agressive. is this really flexible like the nike celars or maxcats? or more stiffer like the nike powecats?

  • @XEVxandex: Because this is a mid-distance spike, it would be great for the distances you are covering in the hurdles. The added cushioning in the heel helps for your transition coming down from the hurdle and the upper and spike plate give you the support needed for the forces you will be applying to the shoe. -Lauren

  • What do you have to do for international orders. How much would it cost to ship from you to New Zealand?

  • @runthomas1: When placing an order you can see the shipping costs before you go to the final check out screen. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have further questions. 1-800-606-9598

  • @runthomas1: That would also be a great option. Slightly less under foot but still nice traction.

  • what about the adizero avanti is that a good shoe?

  • @runthomas1: A nice option for you are the the Adidas Cadence shoes. They were built for Haile in the 10000M Olympic Finals and offer nice protection from the ground for longer race distances as well as a spike plate for more aggressive traction. You can find then on our website in the Competition section.

  • What adidas spikes would you recommend for a 5000m? I would prefer more of an elite spike.

    Thanks
