1. The explosions in the basement may have been to make this easier,

not to completely destroy, as that would have spilled the beans.

2. The TNT was likely planted a little farther down. Flying remotely, as we

do with drones, could put them into a relatively small target. I think

building 7 is a very strong case for a sort of CD, the other two are a bit

less so.

3. The radical Arabs could have wanted to do this, yet the neocon's

assistance made it far easier and worse.
