Playing with some of my old assembler code for the Amiga. The WinUAE emulation and recording is very laggy and rough compared to the real thing.

  • great stuff. I would give a leg for your OCS routines.

Nevertheless I invite you to join the most active Amiga scene/coding community online:

ada . untergrund . net (remove spaces)

All the cracks as well as the rookies are there.

Also it contains a huge asortment of Amiga demo/intro productions.

  • Thanks Dodge. I wish I had released some of the stuff I coded back then but I was too critic about the quality of it. I'm frequently on the ADA as "ZEROblue".

  • Wow... Is this on a Amiga 500, or a later model?

  • The Commodore logo effect requires an A1200, everything else will run on an A500.

  • Hmm, effect number two with those commdore-logos remind of Ray of Hope II...are you one of the coders behind that demo?

  • Sorry no. I saw this effect long time ago in an intro called "Lola" by Fresh Prince, and I just had to code one myself.

  • AH t... he copperlist days with Amiga in assembler those were the daze, now we have just consoles like N3DS to carry the torch of coding genius.

  • Some cool effects :)

  • Good to see a REAL programmer, none of this visual basic crapola, lol

I wish this was a game. I would play it all day listening to SID tunes

  • Very cool. Where can we get your source code to experiment with?

  • Such interesting things you can do with the blitter. Makes you wonder if we can create some really cool effects on the PC by simulating some sort of super blitter, using mmx instructions...

  • I loved chesstunnel. Neat idea.
