you need to stay in position! as the drill goes on your moving slowly across the crease cheating on the shots. shooter should be randomly snapping shots to both sides.

cheating much? first off you should not be taking shots that rapidly. just develops bad form. take your time between each shot so your not cheating over and cheating body position like i see you doing after the first 3 shots.
