主料 / 雞腿4支、生香菇4朵、蔥3支、薑1塊、蒜頭3粒、滷包1個、紅辣椒2支、乾辣椒5小段、茄子1條、腐乳汁1碗、啤酒1碗、麵糰1碗、高湯1碗
調味料 / 雞粉2小匙、糖2小匙、酒1大匙
做法 /
1、雞腿切塊、香菇切塊備用。
2、將麵糰揉成貓耳朵,放入滾水中煮熟。
3、雞腿、茄子煎香後拿起。
4、鍋中爆香蔥、薑、蒜、辣椒、乾辣椒、生香菇,再加入高湯、調味料、滷包、啤酒、貓耳朵,轉大火燒煮,起鍋前加入茄子拌勻、收汁即可。

【貼心小建議】啤酒種類很多,哪一種比較適合做料理?
※選擇苦味較低、麥汁甜度較高的啤酒來搭配料理。而即使只是單純喝啤酒,也有人會加入蕃茄汁,一方面降低酒精量,又可以增加特別的風味。
