Our furniture was shattered, boxes were missing - including antique bone china. This video was a total misrepresentation of the move. Our stuff arrived crammed into a too small van- no crates at all at destination! Now they are not returning calls, customer service has become nonexistent.

Just curious as you guys deal with SAMS but I think about a month ago Unigroup just signed a 5 year contract with PODS so are you guys going to participate in both ? From the conference our agency in particular didn't care to sign up as a PODS service agency.

Nice to see some of the people behind the scenes at another agency.. Seeing the size of your warehouse it seems a little small. I've been told by some of our employees that we have one of the largest Mayflower agent warehouses. I'm a move coordinator for M804 American Relocation and Logistics in So. Cali. These guys really do a good job. I've used other movers in the past and got bad estimates, rude smelly movers, bad packing, etc .
IMS was topnotch on 2 different moves, one leaving Dallas, and one coming back. I always recommend them highly - they are the only way to go.
