中日釣魚台撞船, 閩晉漁5179 先後與兩艘日本海上保安廳的船隻相撞 2

「閩晉漁」號跟一艘日本海上保安廳巡邏船「與那國號」相撞的情況。三千噸級的「與那國號」當時攔在「閩晉漁」號前方，船尾跟「閩晉漁」號碰撞後，「閩晉漁」號並無意停下。

本人的意見是:
一艘是漁船，另一艘是執法船。情況有如一輪普通車輛被一輪警車攔截，辜勿論這輪警車是合不合法，被警告而攔截的哪輪普通車輛都必須要配合和停下，這是法律受予執法者的權力­。被截一方若有意見，可以從法律受予之權力和機會去控訴，而不是故意撞向警車，刻意制造撞擊事故。
在這，中國閩晉漁船刻意撞擊日本執法艦隊，百分百錯。
但日本政府是否有權在釣魚台執法？這是另一可以討論的題目。
