Viking IV competes in Formula Student 2011

The Viking IV is a formula-style racecar, designed and built by engineering students from SDU Vikings at the University of Southern Denmark.
SDU Vikings competed with the Viking IV in Formula Student UK at Silverstone and Formula Student Germany at Hochenhiemring
For the last time Viking IV features a 2005 Honda CBR600RR Engine with student-designed fuel injection and ECU, in the future SDU Vikings will be powered with and elektronic motor. Viking IV is build acording the Formula SAE rule book.
The movie features highligths from the building of Viking IV and SDU Vikings competing in the Formula Stundent event at Silverstone Circuit and Formula Student Germany at Hochenhiem, both oficial Formula SAE events. The Formula SAE is a global formula racing series with events in USA, Europa, Japan and Australia.
