Soooo - now we have raw veggie (salmonella or E Coli anyone?) and crab goo (I don't have space to list all the scary stuff that can cause) in the salt and pepper he uses in other dishes *gack*
And this guy's a professional????

another catch to the name (adding on to sexyfire00) is the "drop". As you can see your finished product doesnt have the strands of egg whites, its because the egg whites didnt cook properly or even cook for that matter. the egg is commonly beaten and "dropped" into the boiling soup base.
Unfortunately I didn't see any egg-drop.
