  • @shwiiiinga you can get it on iTunes or Amazon

  • I love the blunt sound of live drums... Y'all missed out! This was free on iTunes just 3 days ago... which lead to me buying "For Another Day," another awesome song!

  • @musicfan1996 it really is a great song! and For Another Day is great too! Nikki just made a music video for it and I can't wait to see it! I have the whole album and I love every song!

  • @musicfan1996 With all these views do you believe you're alone? That no one else download Cool My Heels then.

To be fair, I didn't. Oh, my god! What a fucking nightmare! Won't be able see Nikki Yanofsky live. Will have to sell my front row seats. Two tickets and a three night hotel stay. The concert is Friday evening in Troy, New York. Hope I can find a buyer. Wait a moment. An iTunes download is only ninty-nine cents. Damn you. You gave a scare. Whew!

Nice video, Bianca and Nikki fan.

  • she has such a great voice!!!!

  • @WVPWimpVsPunk / As a downtrodden American I have noticed the warm-heartedness of Canada. It has been of the utmost importance that I "cool my heels." I have blood pressure about to make my flesh burst, no primary doctor due to lack of funds, and so this song has proven a lifesaver. It has been hard to make it through life in this ridiculous country, but my friends to the north have created melodies and songs that help make it through life in this failing, crumbling country called America.

  • @musicfan1996 Yes, that I know. Previous remark was more towards the assumption others "missed it". That and your exclamation point. I have iTunes. Only bought three songs to date. Favor an album I can hold. Though my enviromentally friendly side prefers downloads. Reserved a table at Blue Note Key Club last night. Nikki will be there January 25 and 26. So, I'll have my wallet tell my enviromentally friendly side to shut up!

  • @bluesysusie1 Not just Canada (where I live)! There's a young Polish-Czech singer called Ewa Farna, who like Nikki writes some of her own material, though coming from the rock side of pop rather than from jazz. See watch?v=q3sunK2527Y for her own song in Czech (also now in Polish). And in English, Chopin-inspired: watch?v=Jd6LfyvRD9o

  • @WVPWimpVsPunk / No, I meant when it was an iTunes weekly feature, available for free. I also got "Animal" by Neon Trees for free. Them feature songs are hit and miss, but after downloading Nikki's song, I bought a few more from her album, so she certainly was profitable for Apple iTunes.

  • Does anyone have a karaoke version of this?

  • are you kidding me? she just 16 years old? but in her photo album cover she looks like she 23 year old instead..

  • @shwiiiinga Or use the youtube - mp3 converter. :)

  • She is incredibly talented! Saw her 4 the 1st time on a PBS special! I heard she has been cast for a part in "Glee" for next season. I've got 3 of her songs on my ipod": Cool My Heels, Try, Try, Try, & can't remember the other one, but it she sings part of it in French! Going 2 have 2 look up "For Another Day". Boy, Canada has produced some awesome singers- Celine, Buble, & now, Nikki!
