chariot gavin degraw cover version 2

I did a chariot cover last night. it was ok. but I couldnt rock out too hard coz people were asleep in my house. but i did one just now. still not fully rocking it out. but a decent amount of rockadge. tell me what u think

Woah, great cover there man! I definitely wasn't expecting such a powerful voice! This is a hard song to cover.

I have a question, what recording equipment are you using? Cuz I'm into home recording and that setup sounds really good... What mic, and reverb/compressor/etc.? It would be greatly appreciated!

thnkx for checkin my stuff. im glad you like it.

I record my mic(shure 55SH series II ) through a power mixer (tapco Mix50) which is then plugged into my guitarpedal (Line6 Pod XT Live).

I set the guitar(line6 variax 700) to simple settings. but the reverb is on medium hall decay 50% mix 50%.

since my guitar is plugged in there for recording aswell it has the same decay as the guitar.

The computer records the sound via a usb connection from the Pedal.
