Kittens playing on treadmill

My 2 kittens Billy and Smudge walking/playing on our treadmill :D
I taught them how to do it :D

*Very sadly..Smudge the brown kitten was run over and killed on the 20th May 2009. I am still keeping the video up in memory of her and the loving friendship she had with her brother Billy...RIP Smudge*

*No I am not lying about the death of my cat to score more views , why would I lie about something so sad like that? Please respect this*

Sorry to hear about Smudge... My cat got run over when she was pregnant... She was maybe days away from giving birth, and seeing those kittens on the road was one of the most heart-breaking things I've ever seen. She died during the night, and we only discovered her body in the morning, so we were too late to save any of the kittens.

So sorry about Smudge. Very sad, and I know it's been awhile, but you never forget. RIP Smudge. I keep my cats inside now. Here we have coyotes and after losing 5 cats to coyotes over the years, I finally learned. I'm a slow learner. :(

Did you get Billy neutered? Did you adopt another cat from a shelter to keep Billy company?

Billy is neutered yeah, but we didn't adopt anymore cause we still have his mum Kerry x

@RacheyRocker Kitties are a blessing, aren't they? We adopt all our cats from shelters now because there are so many cats desperately needing homes. Thanks again for your wonderful treadmill video!

Thanks for posting. I loved watching this. Two adorable kittehs. What fabulous markings they both have! Just gorgeous coats on both. I'm SO sorry you lost Smudge. I know how painful that is. Like losing a child. Not everyone understands. Isn't it wonderful how imaginative and creative they are? Trying all the variations/combinations of feet on/off the tread! Looking to see where the material is coming from/going to. Wonderful! :)

@RacheyRocker Sorry about smudge i use to have a cat chester he died in 2010 he was a stray though but we took very good care he unfortunatly ate a bad plant he had many "medications" he kept vomiting them until it was time and we put him down he was one of a kind one of his eyes was like blind and looked weird but i didnt care all those 3 years of memories are still in my heart <3

I feel ur pain on losing a pet.... My 13 year old dog, Bruno, passed away on fathers day.... He had a tumor, so I had to put him to sleep... :(..... But I thought that video was reeealy cute!

So sorry to hear about Smudge, we once had a cat, but she got ill, and when dad had to take her to the vets, and I was waiting for him to bring her back, all dad came back with was her old blanket, because he had to have her put down. I cried for days

@RacheyRocker Thanks for your kind words :) We guessed she was too slow to be able to cross the road safely, due to her big belly. I still had one other cat, her daughter from her first litter, actually, and she was a real comfort to me. She died of illness a few years after that. I miss my cats... :(
