This is totally fake. Pertwee never met the Cybermen. Moreover, the uploader has used copyright material of the BBC thus contravening the You Tube community guidelines of uploading material not belonging to or created by them.

I always thought it was a darned shame, that Jon never met the Cybermen in his four year run which was a wasted opportunity in every way. I know we cannot lose, sleep over these things and we have to accept the history we have got sadly. I would like to think Jon could have, met the Cybermen when his exile was rescinded and the TARDIS could travel through space and time again. Another way Jon could, have encountered the was going on a Time Lord, mission to a spaceship, a space station good idea

It is a pity that Jon Pertwee never did a proper cyberstory, and I am certain if he had had a cyberstory he could have had a damn good story. I don't suppose we will ever learn the real truth behind, why Jon Pertwee never met the cybermen still it is one of those things. We won't ever really know now, the reason behind why that happened but things happen that are unexplainable that is life I am afraid to say.l

No Greenboy. Let me try to keep this as simple as possible for you. This is a fan made film. It is not supposed to be taken as part of the BBC Canon. Yes, you are right, Jon Pertwee never did meet the Cybermen (unless you count the Five Doctors or the Stage Show). That's the whole point though. This is something I've made for peoples enjoyment. A chance to see what a Pertwee/Cyberman story might have looked like.

The Cyberships explode because there is a chain reaction (pulse signal) from the Cyber base in the Tower of London. That's the theory anyway. It's all a bit cobbled together from the avaiable footage ;-)
