Having watched Mike over the years, I'll admit he has style and his motions are fast, but it's not that he's fast or has style that impresses me. And it definitely isn't his stirring skills.. haha. I think what is most impressive about his performance behind the bar is his attention to customer control, his attentiveness to everyone at the bar, and the consistently appropriate responses to the patrons, whether they are friends or problem one time customers.

Mike Vegas is one of the best mixologist / bartenders I know. Not only does he put on an aerial bottle throwing show for you as he makes your drink, he serves it strong and with a smile. What more could you ask for!

Mike Vegas is the best bartender in San Francisco. No matter how busy the place is he always makes you the cocktail you request. Next time when you visit infusion lounge ask him for a whiskey sour. Best I ever had.
