80 Enhancement Shaman DPS Test

Testing my dps, spec and rotation on a level 80 training dummy. My gear isn't the greatest, I'm just seeing how much dps is possible with my current set. I am haste stacked, with Mongoose on both weapons. People ridicule me for having mongoose instead of berserking, but with my playstyle 60% of the dps I do is melee-based, not spell-based.

Anyhow, in this video I use all my self-buffs, and cooldowns to achieve the highest number I can. When my cooldowns wear off, my dps drops like a rock, so I cut it off after they do.

This video is just to show my current dps, not really to be used as a guide for how to gear or play your shaman. Just for entertainment pretty much.

NiceDamage (damage font)

Was cool until I saw it was a Draenei, even my shaman pulled more DPS.. and next time leave the shaman to the Horde, the only true shamans out there...

@Megacore35 believe what you want, rogues do 12-20k, ret pallies same, and other melee classes do right around that range, sorry you can't accept the fact that an enhancement shaman (melee class btw) can keep up with other melee classes

@Megacore35 as much as you may want to be, it's not "fake". But I'm not going to defend it against you, thats your decision to believe it is. this was with much lower gear than I have now, and I do "sustained" 10k dps in ICC raids if not more.
