I think it is a great idea to go online with your real estate plans. I love to see you thoughts and ideas as you plan. As a subscriber of yours it would be helpful to me if you didn't make another channel Just make the title start with something like "Real Estate" then a sub title. Then we would know at a glance what kind of vid to look forward to. I am sure you will have a ton of crossover vids but that is why it's your channel ...it's about you. I plan to do this on my art/diet/ life channel.

Thanks - that's a good idea about the titling. It never seems to work out for people when they have multiple channels, and it's a pain. I'll have to check out your dieting videos since that's on my business plan also.

I think you're right on target. I would suggest the Number one place you should be online, if you aren't already, is LinkedIn, for professional social networking. Also consider a business or "fan" page on Facebook. Vlog on real estate here, stick with one channel. You'll need to learn at least some editing.

Be natural, be yourself...those are necessary qualities in the new economy. Also, being a novice is really to your advantage in this field, in many ways.
