@TheAudiTTfan Nah, looks like a tire turd on the Bimmer's windshield. Thought the same thing at first too.

Poor GT3 :(

He only had his rear lights broken, that's it.

Wait did sumthing fall out or break or sumthin? at 0:11 wat is that???
-
no, if you are sliding for as long as that porsche was you have a better chance of recovering the car if you put some power down, they do it in motor racing to get the car back on track as quickly as possible.
the concept of brake lock is the same forward or backward. The tread of the tyre will pull you forward if the will is spinning forward.
-
nope. static friction is greater than spinning friction. That's why you can drift when you spin the back tires. Press the break, but don't lock the wheels in order to slow down. Same thing in the snow.
Think about it: When the treads are spinning they basically become a solid object, just as putting your hand on a fan feels like something solid. You want the treads not to move so the turf has time to push into the treads and gain traction.

Thank you Frank Reith.

When your sliding backward that long, instead of pressing the brake (which wont help you 4 shit) try putting the car into 1st or second and hammer it! You accelerating forward will stop you going backward! Although its easier said than done!!
