    This run is from 2006, "flare-glitch" wasn't discovered till 2010, I think.

    Keep trying and make sure there's no flare nearby and you don't trigger the skeleton. It's not as easy as it looks.

    I'm not sure what you mean. I suppose it's a basic Standing Jump, so just press Jump and Forward after that, not otherwise.

    I dont get it I do that part but when I touch the floor it sinks and when I run 2 the button and the platform rises the floor still sinks
