In my offseason again---sitting at 156 lbs. Gonna keep pluggin' away and focus on gaining some lean tissue. Have a lot of changes occurring in my life, so I'm not sure when I'll next compete. But, I will eventually!!!!

Hugs,
Jess

  • hey your looking really good. when is our season though. I usually shoot shows during March to November. When do you compete since you say it is your off season

  • @kukaberra Thank you! Usually I competed in July, but it'll probably be another couple of years since I do. In the meantime I'll just do a mini diet every 6-8 months to keep my composition in check.

  • Wow ur getting big jess those lats look massive and your biceps are great. What are your stats

  • @acj2809 Thanks! I'm 5'4" at 155 lbs. Bis are 14.75", calves are 14.5", quads 24", shoulders 45", chest 40", and forearms 12".

  • You look good, I'm sure you will continue to make the progress you desire. Good luck with the job search. In what field did you earn a degree?

  • @mcd22630 Thank you! I graduated in psychology with a minor in philosophy.

  • your calves look great

  • @Walmer95 Came in here to ask the same thing. She could make ALOT of money just armwrestling and posing -- nothing too degrading.

  • @queenstarfish I was wondering do you hold sessions or no?

  • Jess, you are pure living architecture and total physical art! I don't know that I've ever seen lats that highly developed on a person at your stage of development. Immense, wide, powerful. Wow!

  • Take it real easy on that hamstring don't do anything to inflame it.

    Happy graduation!!!!!

Hey yes calves are a tough muscle to build.

  • Looking good

  • Great work! And excellent thighs!

I agree with your assessment of the calves. They are nice but keep working on them to keep them in proportion with the rest of your body. Calves which "pop" are a nice feature of a woman's body.
