so if the idea is that they are just 'seeding' for rain or cooler weather then why are they still spraying daily when it is 40 and below outside and there are no clouds to seed for rain. I live in Vegas and it is cold now and yet they spray almost every day... I will never be convince they are doing this for our [the public's] good...
