Gears of War Seriously Glitch AFTER NXE (Tutorial in Description)

This is proof I can do the seriously glitch after the NXE update, if you don't believe me look at the date of the achievements.
Tutorial:
Step 1: Set your start up to disc, and turn auto sign in on on the account that has the achievements
Step 2: Unplug your ethernet cable and turn off your xbox 360 console
Step 3: THIS PART IS TRICKY; While your xbox 360 is starting up, keep hitting the guide button until it pops up AS SOON AS IT POPS UP hit X to sign in to the account that you want the achievements on (also plug your ethernet cable in before you sign in)
Step 4: Once you are signed in to make sure you are actually going to get the achievements glitched, check to see if the proffered COG and Locust are the same as the other account, if so you're good to go
Step 5: Complete a ranked game, you do not have to get a kill nor win the game, you just have to complete it
Step 6: Enjoy the achievements!
