Wow look at that thing shake, I'd say that's a pretty unhappy engine. I don't know much about their newer diesels, but from what I've seen and heard, they just don't make em like they used to.

Now i change after 4 k.

I still have a peugeot 2.0 hdi. It sounded like that (heavy clunky tick) in 2008. I suspected it was a stuck or sticking valve. The mechanic didnt give me an opinion just "swap engine". For experient sake, I changed the oil with thinner 10w40. And added Forte oil flush and left it idling for 5 hours.
Then changed the oil again with 15w40 because forte flush costs £20 a go, I used 300 - 400ml of diesel. Left it running for another 4 hours. Checking on the noise every 20 mins.
I did a 3 rd oil

Just replaced a motor in one of theise at work, had two leaking injectors, had only done 153k

THAT ENGINE DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT IT SHOULD NOT BE SHAKING LIKE THAT AT ALL SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH IT I WOULD DO A COMPRESSION TEST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT DOESN'T HAVE BROKEN RINGS OR A STUCK VALVES
