I've seen the Tunze Nano Stream Mods.. they're pretty sweet as well. Depends on the density of your corals and rocks. Just put the mp40 on there and see if you need to add current.

you can never have enough flow in a reef tank. freshwater, you would only need one. id say 2 in your case
