And what's the difference between an understudy and a standby?

@megaaaaaaannn well all the ones in the video have played Elphaba in Australia at some point in time...standby goes on when the lead is sick (they can go on for a full show or be shoved on half way...happened quite frequently in Aus)...and an understudy is someone in the ensemble who performs every night (in the ensemble) but is like a backup for the standby. If the lead & the standby are sick the understudy will go on :)

@GlowBored I just said Amanda fell ill... They needed another Elphaba because they were the only two so they trained Zoe up while Carmen was here and Patrice left. It's not really anything to do with Patrice it's mainly because Amanda was struggling to do the shows (due to being sick)

from listening to these, i think it sounds like jemma is the one who is actually acting the song the best. a lot of the others seem more like they are showing off. well, not actually showing off, but making it more flashy and not really acting it as much

Amanda harrison! the first few times i saw wicked she was in it, and shes an insperation to me! She made the hairs stick up on my arms like litterly and i got goosebumps! Shes best live! but according to this Jemma Wins
