Those Vietnamese mutants should be put out of their misery. It's time to euthanize them. I sincerely regret that the United States military could not have done more to eradicate the Vietnamese filth off the face of the earth. The United States was at war, and they took any means necessary to eliminate the Vietnamese scum. There could have been Vietcong ambushers in the woods waiting to kill American soldiers.
