@PurpleHoneyBear But you know, people give me grief for that, but the fact is that 1280x1024, while not full HD, is still around/above 720p. What do people want from me, blood? I'm sorry for my outburst lol. Why can't we just have fun? If you don't have the newest and greatest this or that, then your hardware "sucks". Whatever!

This takes me back.
All the way to 2004, when the Radeon 9800XT had just released and was being promoted with Half Life 2. The 9600 Pro was also promoted for Half Life 2, though in reality you needed the 9800XT to run the game on max settings. My rig was an absolute monster at the time, and the game ran well, but not blazing fast. Good times.
Speaking of monitors. I really need a new one. My current monitor was given to me for free and it is only 1280x1024.
