  • @mazin5171 that, comes with experience. Get used to the mindset that, when you box, you will get hit, and there will be pain.

  • dude u dont catch the uppercut instead u block it with the elbows. imagine if tyson or foreman throws an uppercut i dont think u would catch it :) i exaggerated a bit there but still

  • I wanna see this man box, his wrists are as big as my neck!

  • @mazin5171 My boxing trainer tells me to squint

  • Tip from Piccolo: DODGGGEEEE!

  • @mazin5171 man up and face it. gradually the habit of flinching will be replaced with the habit of facing the problem head on

  • @mazin5171 you get a friend who is nice to you, have them play the flinch game. For every flinch you do, you get two punches in the shoulder. After a few weeks of having this done. You should not be flinching anymore. My friend taught me never to flinch even if I'm going to get hit, by playing this "game"

  • @redbullsk8ar I've always been a fan of kidney shots. When my grandfather (retired Soviet military) taught me how to box as a kid he always emphasized how they are relatively harder to defend in a fight and not many people expect to be hit there. Works out well for me in sparring.

  • So much power that his armpit burned a hole in his shirt

  • thanks for the tip
