@ToxicBarrel oh my god same to me just like my brother i was also scared for cutscene from ninja gaiden on the nes nintendo i even get nightmare from ninja gaiden and later in 1997 i got scared of this game shinobi revenge

@Sailorchunli17 that scared me too for the first time when I was only 2-3 years old, sitting on the floor when my big brother played this in full volume in the living room. The lightning and Joe Musashi standing in the dark opposing to your side with his massive sword sure made him look like a evil character.

Yeah, I remember the first time I saw this back in the day at my friends house. Watching the jump from 8 bit to 16 bit era was exciting.

@zecle yeah, it was the limit of the system. so the cycle works like this graphical limitations > development stages > customer expectations > exceeded customer expectations. invested customer suffer while waiting for next step. the larger and more impressive the next step, the more impressed customer is. ;-) and so on. until games become real life in 2117.
