@RebornPWNSHOPP yeah i learned that too...i would call up friends @ 2am to just talk. I wouldn't tell them i was having a panic attack then when i was calm i'd tell them and thank them. You are right - you just need a distraction. Thanks for watching!

omg this happend to me 2 days ago.. i thought i was in a horror movie scene or somthing.. my heart was racing my face was pulling back and i thought i was gonna die!! and i have bee smoking for a while to but im definately quitting now.

I had my first panic attack after having a weed milkshake the other day it was so scary never eating or drinking it again. But your stand up was really funny you're a good story teller
