Champion's Helm would be another card to add for Shirei for hexproof and you can switch Greaves to other creatures.

Along with being able to sac and recur your swamps, all other players lands become 1/1 creatures with urborg. So they have to sac them due to gravepact. So think about a kormus bell.

You need to throw kormus bell in this deck. All swamps become 1/1 creatures. You could win easily.

Shirei on the surface looks really cute, but ultimately no matter how you build him he wins by being a huge asshole.
