To downgrade you simply delete patch 4 and wow files. Then you run repair. Simple!

to downgrade, you have to run the Repair icon in the wow folder. you may need to delete wow-patch.MPQ which is in the folder as well. once downgrading is finished, you will be on 3.0.1, just upgrade the patch, untill the patch you want finishes installing then cancel

I seen people ask, but didn't catch the answer... so here it is.
to upgrade and stop at 3.3.5, just run the Launcher in the wow folder, and as soon as you see 3.3.5 Finish, and the next one start, click cancel, the next patch has to at least start, and once you cancel the 3.3.5 patch should be done because it was installed before canceling.
